Golfers can celebrate – or commiserate – with the extensive collection of Scotch malt whiskies in the IX Bar or finish the evening off with a beer, Scottish craft gin or a cocktail created by our talented mixologists. The Chester Hotel has several distinguished whisky collections on display including one of the rarest and most sought after collections in the world - The Ichiro’s Malt Card Series. Inspired by a deck of playing cards, it is made up of 54 malts, with each and every card represented, including the Jokers.
